How to Join the Express Gift Club
- Fill out our application form and mail, fax or email to us with your one time registration fee of $50.00.
- Include on your application form your Canadian business number with your GST# and PST# if applicable.
- Sign agreement form to process basket charges to the assigned credit card number on the application form.
- Payment due at time of order using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. We charge you your discounted rate on the club baskets. You will place your order with us directly by phone, fax, email or on the Express Gift Basket website using your company identification number. *Please note this Club site is for information only.
